Target Audience
Network engineers, network system analysts, and maintenance personnel responsible for troubleshooting network problems; anyone working towards the Cisco Certified Network Professional CCNP® qualification

Prerequisites
A comprehensive knowledge in networking and internetworking, demonstrating competencies equivalent to CCNA level and CCNP level in routing, switching, remote access technologies, access control and communications. This should include a detailed working knowledge of media, protocols, operating systems, and devices used
