Prerequisites
A working knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory design; a working knowledge of Exchange Server 5.5, Exchange Server 2000 and Exchange Server 2003; a working knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, and IIS; some understanding of Internet protocols such as POP3, IMAP4, SMTP, and HTTP may be beneficial
