To introduce CIT courseware, and introduce students to support resources, troubleshooting methodologies and methods for identifying troubleshooting targets

Target Audience
Network engineers, network system analysts, and maintenance personnel responsible for troubleshooting network problems; anyone working towards the Cisco Certified Network Professional qualification

Prerequisites
The Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices (ICND) learning path; familiarity with the following learning paths would be advantageous: Building Scaleable Cisco Networks (BSCN), Building Cisco Remote Access Networks (BCRAN),and Cisco: Building Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks (BCMSN)
