This course is designed to introduce trainees to skills that will allow them to present with confidence and impact. The first lesson explains the elements of your visual image and how to improve your visual image. The second lesson addresses types of audience questions and how to handle these questions with confidence and professionalism. The last lesson deals with how to professionally handle various presentation mishaps, distractions, and disasters.
