To introduce the student to Word 2000 and to show how to use Word to create, format, save, and print basic documents

End-users wishing to attain a wider knowledge of IT and Internet concepts and competence in the use of word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, e-mail, and database applications

Prerequisites
A basic knowledge of the PC and computing concepts (for example an ability to use the keyboard and mouse)
