End-users wishing to attain a wider knowledge of IT and Internet concepts and competence in the use of word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, e-mail, and database applications

A basic knowledge of the PC and computing concepts (for example an ability to use the keyboard and mouse)

  • To show how to browse a web site, print web pages, and save web pages
  • To explain how to send electronic mail using Microsoft Outlook
  • To explain how to use Outlook to receive electronic mail
