Human Resources Planning and Analysis


Overview/Description
This course provides an overview of the job planning and analysis activities performed by the human resources function to anticipate and meet the operational workforce requirements required to achieve the organization's strategic business plans. These planning and analysis activities are positioned in the context of a changing marketplace and government regulations and their end products include job descriptions, job specifications, and human resource forecasting.

Target Audience
Business professionals with less than two year's experience in human resources. Also non-HR business professionals desiring a fast track introduction to the business human resources function.
