Questionable Interviewing Questions

Overview/Description
Once, a prospective employer could pose almost any probing question during a job interview, and expect an answer--even if the question had no direct bearing on the job. Today, the law recognizes that interview questions must remain within certain boundaries or run the risk of being inappropriate, or even illegal. This course teaches interviewers how to recognize and avoid questionable interviewing questions. It also discusses issues an interviewer can address, and gives examples of how such questions should be posed. This SkillSoft product has been reviewed by the Employment Practice Group of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green.
