Overview/Description
This course enables the learner to know how to establish a supportive interview atmosphere where the candidate shares information readily. The learner will be able to create a positive interview atmosphere and ask the right questions effectively.

Managers, team leaders, human resource managers and human resource professionals responsible for recruiting, interviewing and hiring new employees.

  • recognize the importance of using a variety of effective questioning styles to assess an interviewee.
  • identify examples of the six styles of questioning interviewing candidates.
