Critical Parameters for Evaluating Candidates
Overview/Description
This course deals with the twelve critical areas in which candidates must be evaluated in any successful interviewing process. Questions that probe the candidate on each of these twelve areas are suggested, and sample answers are presented to illustrate the cues that interviewers can pick up from the answers. Further, the method of applying the Candidate Assessment Tool (CAT) and the Candidate Assessment Graph (CAG) are presented. The CAT and the CAG are techniques that will enable the interviewer to quantify the subjective assessments made of the candidate. At the end of this course, the learner will be able to make better informed judgments on the suitability of a candidate for any position.
