 This course is designed to give business people an in-depth understanding of the structure and activities of the U.S. federal government, in order to facilitate business relationships.

    • Judicial Branch: The Federal Courts

  • recognize the value of understanding the Judicial Branch of the U.S. government.
  • identify the features of federal court appointments.
  • match the separate judicial responsibilities to each of the three levels of the U.S. federal judiciary.
  • identify the powers of the Supreme Court as the highest authority in the federal judiciary.
