Four Dimensions of Complete Leadership

Overview/Description
This course presents a profound, powerful and unique approach to leadership which was synthesized in the aftermath of the Hubble telescope disaster by former NASA chief, Dr. Charles Pellerin. With the Hubble disaster as the background, the learner will be familiarized with attributes of effective leadership as opposed to management, the four-dimensional leadership model, natural leadership styles in the context of `core preferences' and `comfort zones' and the principles of centered leadership. Testimonials from corporate leaders are used extensively to validate and elaborate the four-dimensional leadership system.
