Putting Four-Dimensional Leadership into Action


Overview/Description
This course acquaints you with the three concepts of Respons*Ability, Abundance and Trustworthiness, as well as how leadership affects the culture of an organization. You can recognize the 'dark side' of each leadership dimension, and learn to avoid the 'victim', 'rationalizer', 'rescuer' and 'aggressor' in yourself and others. You can follow six action steps to be 100% respons*Able. The course shows you how an abundance mentality leads to effective leadership. You will also see how your leadership affects your organization's culture.

Target Audience
Anyone who is a candidate for a leadership role; or who is about take on a new leadership assignment; or who wants to become better positioned for leadership responsibilities.
