Overview/Description
For the duration of this simulation, you will assume leadership of a sales team. Your employer, C.S.S. (Corporate Security Systems), specializes in vehicular and personnel access devices for corporate and governmental clients. Unfortunately, you have inherited a team rife with performance issues. The last manager was not one for confrontation, and he let morale and productivity degrade to such an extent that the teams’ sales region is in jeopardy. This simulation is based on the SkillSoft series "How to Discipline Employees & Correct Performance Problems" and contains links to the following courses: MGMT0131, MGMT0132, MGMT0133, and MGMT0134.
