Overview/Description
 As the former owner of Clifton Property Management, you recently sold your business to a far larger property management company, Cityside Properties, and were appointed as managing broker of one of its offices. In your new role, you will face the many challenges that come with supporting your staff members--both old and new--through a period of change. This simulation is based on the SkillSoft series "Supporting Employees through the Change Process" and has links to the following courses: MGMT0181, MGMT0182, and MGMT0183.
