Overview/Description
In the Managing Others Through Change Simulation, you'll be tasked with overseeing the Marketing Communications department of Axiom Assurance--a major provider of healthcare insurance. As a new manager, you'll be faced with the difficulties of guiding your team through a time of company-wide change. To help you overcome the fears, misconceptions, and challenges brought on by Axiom's new direction, you'll be required to select an agent of change--an ally to help bridge the gap between you and your anxious employees--and manage the increased workload necessary to the success of the change initiative.
