Overview/Description
This course, Microsoft Outlook 2000 Introduction: Calendar, Tasks, and Notes, is a hands-on introduction to the tools and utilities available from within Outlook. The course presents the basic operations for using the the calendar, creating and monitoring tasks, using notes, and using Outlook's integrated features with other Office programs.

Target Audience
This course requires that you have a general understanding of basic personal computer operations and a general familiarity with Windows, such as file management skills and using a mouse. No other knowledge of Outlook is required.

Expected Duration
This course, including the practice exercises, will take up to 4 hours to complete.
