Microsoft Word Core 2002: Collaboration, Layouts, and Formats


Overview/Description
Microsoft Word 2002 is a powerful word processor that allows you to create many different types of personal and professional documents. This course is a hands-on introduction to using the workgroup collaboration, layout, and format features available in Microsoft Word 2002. You'll learn to use Word 2002 to merge documents; view, insert, and edit comments; apply borders and shading to paragraphs, tables, and pages; use columns; import Web pages into Word; and save Word documents as Web pages and Rich Text Format files. This course is also designed to prepare users for the Word Core 2002 MOUS certification exam.

Target Audience
This course is designed for learners with basic knowledge of Word 2002 or earlier versions. Previous experience with Word is helpful, but not required.

Expected Duration
This course, including the practice exercises, will take up to 4 hours to complete.
