Overview/Description
This course, Microsoft Outlook 2002 Core: Creating and Managing Messages and Contacts, is an interactive introduction to communicating with Outlook 2002 using e-mail and address book functions. The learner will gain the skills to open and respond to email; manage and customize files and folders containing e-mail messages; and track contact information. The course is designed to prepare users for the Outlook 2002 MOUS certification exam.
Target Audience
This course is designed for Microsoft Outlook 2002 beginners or those new to Microsoft Outlook 2002. No prior experience is required; however, some experience using a keyboard and mouse and familiarity with the Internet is helpful.
