This course, Microsoft Windows 2000 Introduction: Programs, Help, File Management, is a hands-on introduction to using Windows 2000. It discusses how to move, use, and resize windows, use menus, icons, and dialog boxes, start and use WordPad, Paint, and the Help system, and manage files and folders.

Target Audience
There are no prerequisites for this course; however, some experience in using a computer keyboard and mouse is helpful.
