Breakthrough Motivation

Overview/Description
The workplace of today is a fast-paced, demanding environment where workers are expected to be self-managed and highly productive. But why should they be? What motivates employees to do their best work? Historically, management has focused on extrinsic motivators, such as pay and benefits, but these are no longer adequate. New models of motivation, such as the ones explored in this course, are needed to match the dramatic changes in the way business gets done.
