To provide the student with a detailed understanding of PL/SQL packaged procedures and database triggers

Target Audience
Database administrators, system administrators, and application developers who are using PL/SQL version 2 for the first time, and experienced developers who are upgrading from a previous PL/SQL version or another 3GL programming language
