Overview/Description
By the end of this course you will be familiar with the basic issues involved in project management and you will recognize key PMBOK terms as they are used in the context of beginning a professional project. You will appreciate how various project management processes function within the all-important "project context." You will also be better prepared to recognize that shifts in that context will demand immediate and creative responses on your part as an effective project manager.
