Overview/Description

Today, with technology changing at the blink of an eye, maintaining schedules and budgets is becoming more difficult than ever. To complete a project on time and within budget, project managers need a method to accurately assess durations for each activity involved in completing their projects. This course will teach you how to estimate activity durations and increase your chances of a successful project. This course is aligned with "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge " (PMBOK ® Guide), published by the Project Management Institute (PMI ®).
