Project Communications Planning

Overview/Description
 As a member or stakeholder of any project, it is critical to ensure the timely and appropriate generation and disposition of project information. Effective communications planning is the key to a project's success. Efficient project managers will utilize the necessary resources to ensure that information needed by project stakeholders is delivered. This course is aligned with "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge" (PMBOK ® Guide), published by the Project Management Institute (PMI ®).
