Project Performance Reporting

Overview/Description
Communication in project management can directly affect the success of any project. The project manager is the one who controls the communications center where information constantly flows in and out. Managing the diversity of information is crucial to maintaining project control. This course, "Project Performance Reporting," examines the process of managing information regarding project status and progress. Without a reporting structure, potential problems may not be communicated, which can delay corrective action for a project. This course presents the tools and techniques that will help you analyze information and present it in understandable formats. "Project Performance Reporting" is aligned with "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge" (PMBOK® Guide), published by the Project Management Institute (PMI®).

This series is targeted specifically for project managers, project team members, functional managers with employees assigned to project teams, project stakeholders, any team manager or member interested in project management, executives committed to their organization's growth, managers required to take on new challenges, and top managers with vision.
