Project Risk Response Development and Control


Overview/Description
Whether you know it or not, most of us deal with issues of risk every day. It is acknowledged that risk is inherent to any endeavor, but how you handle risk is the real issue. Upon completion of the course, you will have fully realized the benefits of being able to respond to and control risk. This will be accomplished by using the following areas of the PMBOK: Inputs to Risk Response Development; Tools and Techniques of Risk Response Development; Outputs from Risk Response Development; Inputs to Risk Response Control; Tools and Techniques of Risk Response Control; and Outputs from Risk Response Control.
