Project Risk Planning and Identification


Overview/Description
As a project manager, it's your job to make sure your project is a success. That means you need to know when a risk threatens some aspect of the project. But projects can be long and complex. How do you identify risks that may arise months from now? You'll find the answer to this question in "Project Risk Identification and Planning." This course will teach you how to develop an approach to planning risk management activities and how to identify the risks that might affect your project. This course is aligned with "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge" (PMBOK ® Guide) 2000 Edition, published by the Project Management Institute (PMI ®).
