This course is intended to educate the employee in order to help prevent or minimize the consequences of a catastrophic release of toxic, reactive, flammable, or explosive Highly Hazardous Chemicals (HHC) from a process. The content in this course is designed to comply with the intent of the applicable regulatory requirements.
