Technology Management and Strategy


Overview/Description
This course, which is the second course in the Global Business Management series, introduces to learners four strategies used to manage technology in a global environment. They are Centralized Technology Management (CTM), Localized Technology Management (LTM), Globally-coordinated Technology Management (GTM) and Strategic Alliances (SA). The characteristics, rationale and risks of each strategy, as well as the best practices to overcome the problems in each strategy, are explained in detail.
