This course deals with the third of the nine traits of highly successful work teams - clarifying team roles and procedures.

Target Audience
Team leaders, project managers, supervisors, managers and team members with less than three years experience in a team role.

  • recognize the value of identifying norms that contribute to or interfere with team success.
  • identify a team's positive norms or habits.
  • identify a team's negative norms or habits.
  • discriminate between the roles of facilitator, timekeeper, and recorder who have to be included in every team meeting.
