Smart Money Solutions, a prominent investment firm, is trying to create a knowledge management solution for their analysts to work with. The learner has been chosen to head up a team that will create the spec, build and implement the software, and train the researchers, analysts, and consultants on the tool. His/her task is to choose team members and work with them to develop their skills into a High-performance team that will deliver outstanding results.
