Overview/Description
During the course of this simulation, you will serve as a project manager for Laughlin and Helms Design, a New York-based design and engineering firm that manufactures and markets hardware companion products for personal computers. Laughlin's products range from wireless trackball controllers to ergonomic keypads and portable hard drives. As project manager, you will interact with engineers and designers in situations that test your leadership and interpersonal skills. This simulation is based on the SkillSoft series "Creating High-performance On-site and Virtual Teams" and contains links to the following courses: TEAM0151 and TEAM0152.
