  • To introduce students to objects and teach them how to identify and challenge candidate objects
  • To explain and enable students to identify classes and class responsibilities
  • To explain and enable students to identify class methods, attributes and messages
  • To describe the three major types of relationship between object classes and the relevant diagrammatic conventions
