Regulatory Overview (HAZWOPER)
Overview/Description
This one-hour course provides information about the history, purpose, and mission of key regulatory agencies including OSHA, EPA, and DOT. The intent of the course is to provide the learner with an understanding of the sources of regulatory occupational safety and health work practices and standards.
The content in this course is designed to comply with the intent of the applicable regulatory requirements.

- identify the purpose of the major regulatory agencies that establish regulations impacting the workplace (OSHA, EPA, DOT)
