Knowledge of the preceding SmartCourse in the MicrosoftOffice 2000 - Solution Development SmartCurriculum; knowledge of the basic features of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; familiarity with recording macros; an understanding of object properties, methods, and fundamental programming constructs such as looping statements; familiarity with basic database concepts and web browsing would also be beneficial
